There is a second floor outdoor terrace and several activity rooms which add considerable space to be enjoyed by residents and visitors. The project superstructure walls incorporate the use of an energy efficient insulated concrete forming system and solid precast concrete floor systems. Each of the units have an eat in kitchen area as well as an attractive bay window area in the living rooms. There are also may outdoor trails for walking and hiking through the woods to create an complete a true Muskoka experience.

Description: This new Ontario Provincial Police facility will serve the Centre Wellington and District Police force. It consists of two floors which incorporates several offices, detention and other specialty areas. The uniqueness of the sloping steel roof system and the stone veneer structure adds considerable value to this facility.

Description: This new 35,200 sq. ft. Elementary School is our first project with the London District Catholic School Board. It is located on a very large site in Delaware. This school utilizes Geothermal and Photovoltaic systems to enhance energy savings annually.
